Drawing Rules

  1. No Purchase necessary to win. Any exchange of money (purchase) does not increase your chances to win.
  2. Only those who are entered into our email subscription list are eligible to win. 
  3. Persons or entities connected to our company through employment or business relationships are NOT eligible. 
  4. Only one entry per person. Anyone suspected of multiple entries will be disqualified.
  5. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received. 
  6. Winner, chosen by random drawing on October 1st, 2023, will receive 1 Pre-Production Vectra synthesizer with power supply.
  7. MSRP value of the prize is $1599.
  8. Prize will either be shipped or delivered by Futureretro.
  9. Any customs, taxes or other associated costs outside of basic shipping, are the responsibility of the winner. 
  10. Registration is effective from September 16th, 2023 – October 1st, 2023. Winner will be chosen on October 1st, 2023 and notified via email. 
  11. Winner will have 1 week to respond to winning announcement and will forfeit prize if they fail to do so.
  12. In the event of forfeiture, another random drawing will immediately take place to assign winner.
  13. All persons currently on our email subscription list and who meet eligibility requirements are automatically entered.
  14. Futureretro, LLC is the SOLE sponsor of this drawing. Any social media company or other entity were this drawing is advertised has no liability, sponsorship, or any legal involvement in this drawing.
